An Ergonomic Assessment is a deep-dive into your work environment. Static and repetitive positions often lead to fatigue and aches and pains. An Ergonomic Assessment addresses habitual and environmental stressors and provides options for a more body-friendly setup.
We will discuss your working habits and discomfort before assessing your workstation; the overall setup of the workspace, your personal sitting and working postures (how your work tasks are performed), and any environmental factors. After the assessment, we will discuss recommend equipment, set-up and habit changes.
All cancellations must be received at least 12 hours before your session in order to avoid being charged. Clients who do not cancel within 12 hours, will be charged for the canceled session.
All sales are final and non-transferrable. All packages expire one year from purchase. Refunds will not be provided for class packages, private sessions, or ergonomic assessments.
